1. Who we are
Learnovate Skills Private Limited ("we", "us", "our"), trading as Let's Nail It, is a murder mystery supper club incorporated in India, with its principal place of business on Aga Abbas Ali Road, Bangalore, Karnataka. We operate the website at letsnailit.com. For any data-related enquiry, contact us at hello@letsnailit.com.
2. What data we collect
When you submit a reservation or private-event enquiry via our website form, we collect:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number
- Your preferred event date (and, for private events, approximate guest count and event type)
- Any additional notes you choose to share
We do not collect payment-card details through this website.
3. Why we collect it
We use the information you provide solely to: process your booking or enquiry, contact you to confirm your reservation, collect dietary or access requirements by direct conversation after you enquire, and notify you of changes to your booking. We do not use your data for profiling or automated decision-making, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
4. How we store and process your data
Form submissions are stored directly in a private Google Sheet accessible only to Let's Nail It. Google Sheets is provided by Google LLC and processes data under Google's published data-processing terms. No submission data is forwarded to any third-party email service.
5. Your rights under the DPDP Act 2023
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you, correct inaccurate data, request erasure of your data (where we have no overriding legal obligation to retain it), nominate another individual to exercise your rights in the event of incapacity, and withdraw your consent for processing at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@letsnailit.com. We will respond within a reasonable period and in any event within the timelines specified by the DPDP Act 2023.
6. Data retention
We retain booking information for up to 2 years for accounting and legal purposes. Enquiries that do not result in a booking are deleted within 6 months. You may request earlier deletion by contacting us.
7. Cookies and tracking
This website uses Google Analytics and Meta Pixel to understand page visits and campaign performance. Fonts are served by Google Fonts; those requests may leave a temporary log entry with Google. We no longer load Font Awesome or other icon CDNs on the public pages.
8. Grievance Officer
In line with the DPDP Act 2023, any grievance regarding the processing of your personal data may be addressed to our Grievance Officer at hello@letsnailit.com. You also have the right to make a complaint to the Data Protection Board of India.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
