Terms & Conditions
1. Bookings and reservations
All reservations are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of payment or an explicit written confirmation from Learnovate Skills Private Limited (trading as Let's Nail It). Bookings made via the website form or email are treated as reservation requests until confirmed.
2. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the event date are eligible for a full refund or a date transfer. Cancellations within 72 hours of the event are non-refundable but may, at our discretion, be transferred to a future date. No-shows forfeit their ticket entirely. Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
3. Event format
We operate an immersive murder mystery dining experience. All guests are assigned a role and are expected to participate in good faith. We reserve the right, without refund, to remove any guest who disrupts the experience for others, behaves aggressively, or is intoxicated to the extent that it impacts the evening for other guests.
4. Food and dietary requirements
We accommodate vegetarian, vegan, Jain and gluten-free requirements when notified at the time of booking. Please inform us of any food allergies or intolerances in advance. We cannot guarantee an entirely allergen-free kitchen environment and cannot be held responsible for allergic reactions where requirements were not disclosed before the event.
5. Private events and corporate bookings
Private event quotes are valid for 7 days from the date of issue. A deposit of 50% is required to confirm a private booking. The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before the event date. Custom plots, scripts and supporting materials developed for a private event remain the intellectual property of Learnovate Skills Private Limited unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Photography and content
We may photograph or film parts of our events for marketing purposes. By attending, you consent to being incidentally photographed. If you would prefer not to be included in any promotional imagery, please notify us before the event begins and we will accommodate the request.
7. Liability
Learnovate Skills Private Limited is not liable for loss or damage to personal property during events. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with an event shall not exceed the ticket price paid by the guest making the claim. Nothing in these terms limits any liability which cannot be limited under applicable Indian law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or an event shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bangalore, Karnataka.
