All reservations are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of payment or explicit written confirmation from Learnovate Skills Private Limited (trading as Let's Nail It). Bookings made via the website form or WhatsApp are treated as reservation requests until confirmed.
Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the event date are eligible for a full refund or date transfer. Cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future date at our discretion. No-shows forfeit their ticket entirely.
Learnovate Skills Private Limited (trading as Let's Nail It) operates an immersive murder mystery dining experience. All guests are assigned characters and are expected to participate in good faith. We reserve the right to remove guests who disrupt the experience for others, without refund.
We accommodate vegetarian, vegan, Jain, and gluten-free requirements when notified at the time of booking. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment and cannot be held responsible for allergic reactions where requirements were not disclosed.
Private event quotes are valid for 7 days. A deposit of 50% is required to confirm a private booking. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event date. Custom plots and materials become the intellectual property of Learnovate Skills Private Limited unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Learnovate Skills Private Limited may photograph or video events for marketing purposes. By attending, you consent to being photographed. If you prefer not to be included, please inform us before the event begins.
Learnovate Skills Private Limited is not liable for loss or damage to personal property during events. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the ticket price paid by the guest making the claim.
